1. Our standard rates are $200-225 us(approx)* per night, depending on the time or year, plus 9% hotel tax, based on single/double occupancy with a minimum 3 night stay**.

*This amount is approximate as all amounts are payable in Belize dollars and actual amounts charged will depend on the exchange rates determined by your credit card company of the day the transaction is processed. The rate is approximately $2 Belize for every $1 US.

**If you your plans are for only 1 or 2 nights, please let the Casa del Rai team know and we will do our best to make arrangements, although there may additional charges applied.

2. Upon booking your stay with Casa del Rai you will be forwarded a Credit Card Authorization form. Please print, fill out, sign, scan and email back the form to [email protected]

3. Amounts quoted on the reservation form will be quoted in US dollars and will include the 9% hotel tax. The first deposit, equal to 50% of your entire stay is payable upon receipt of the Credit Card Authorization form. This first 50% includes a $100 US non refundable reservation fee. Once the completed Reservation Form has been forwarded your dates will be secured. The 50% balance of your reservation is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

4. All rates are based on single or double occupancy but our rooms can accommodate up to 4 or 6, additional charge per person above double occupancy is $20.00 US per night, plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of the deposit, less the $100 US reservation fee, is available for cancellation received greater than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, after which your deposit is forfeit***. Balance of your reservation is payable 30 days prior to arrival and no refund is available for cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival dates.

Holiday Season – Refund and Cancellation Dates are double for days booked during the weeks of, proceeding and following Christmas, New Years and Easter weekends. Therefore cancellations must be received greater than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to be eligible for a full refund of the initial 50% deposit, less the $100 US reservation fee, and the 50% balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival and is none refundable for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

*** Depending on the circumstances, and a full discretion of Casa del Rai Management, the initial deposit may be used towards a future stay within 6 months of the original arrival date, depending on availability of suites for use.


Rooms are for the use of Casa del Rai guests only. If you do plan to have visitors during your stay please inform management either upon your arrival or during your stay.

Beach towels are there for your use, but if you decide to take one on an excursion off the property and it is lost you will incur a $25 US dollar charge to your credit card. A short clean is provided after every 3rd night stay, extra cleaning charges are $25 US.

It is at the discretion of Casa del Rai management to manage noise and nuisance. If requests by Management to remedy any complaints are not met by guests Casa del Rai reserves the right to evict guests without notice.

All of our rooms are non smoking, smoking on the balcony is permitted – but please be mindful of other guests. If a guest is found be smoking within the condo additional charges will be applied to their credit card.

Any significant damage to the structure or content by guests may incur additional charges to their credit card.

Casa del Rai is not liable for any delay, loss, injury, death or accident occasioned directly or indirectly with this trip. Casa del Rai is not responsible for any expense caused by the loss or damage of any personal articles or baggage, the late arrivals of any transportation, or any schedule change or delay. Guest further agree not to hold Casa del Rai liable for circumstances beyond its control .
